ARB and OP are the obvious L2s to get the bid. Mantle currently have the highest ETH yield in mETH (good ticker) & they have a $1B treasury to incentivise users. StarkNet season once STARK launches. Bullish on Eclipse as well - SVM on the EVM. Eclipse will be the cheapest L2.
